Writer's Block: Work, work, work

Would you rather work at a job that you enjoy but pays little or work at a miserable job that pays a lot?

      Photobucket

I don’t really care about money.

I don’t care about social status, fame, or all the wonderful things money can buy me.

My life decisions are based on something entirely different.

Who am I and where does God want me to be?

Brother Andrew’s story is an inspiration to me…

“Brother Andrew worked as a dishwasher at his Monastery. From early morning until late at night, Brother Andrew washed dishes and cleaned the kitchen. That's all he did. Doesn't sound like much of a calling on one's life, does it? Yet, in Brother Andrew's way of thinking, washing dishes was the highest calling on his life he could ever imagine or hope for. Every dish he washed was washed as an act of worship unto his God.” blogs.chron.com/keepthefaith

Significance in life is not based on what we do or how much money we make but in making every act, no matter how seemingly small or insignificant, an act of worship unto God.
