Writer's Block: Round and round

Is there any song you could listen to 20 times in a day without ever losing interest?

I am very particular about the music I listen to - especially if I’m going to listen to it 20 times in a row.

It’s not that I’m some music guru aficionado (I borrowed that term, by the way).

It’s because music has a way of working itself into the innermost parts of our beings.

For me, music has got to be beautiful and it’s got to speak wisdom and truth.

Then, if it meets that criterion, why would I ever stop at 20 times?

Love this answer - i don't think i could listen to ANY one song that much unless i was learning it for performance sake, then it becomes work (for awhile) and not a joy and pleasure.

Hey got a question, totally off mark. How do you italicize or make something bold in LJ...I have no clue how to do it, and i see that you italicized a word here in your comments. Someone blasted me to kingdom come because i typed ALL caps to emphasize my point and said i was YELLING at them. Funny thing about it was i didn't think twice about using all caps for emphasis, until she said something, but now i do remember taking an AOL class when i was a "room moniter" that told us that ALL CAPS was like yelling at someone. could you help a friend?

You are awesome!!! Thanks so much... now, how do you get those nifty little arrows?

Is there a way to do that formating in a reply?

I'm afraid those nifty little arrows are over in my Photoshop. They aren't on live journal.

And I don't know how to do that kind of formatting in a reply. Surely there must be a way! Maybe someone reading this comment will know and jump in to this conversation...

Not yet, going to start today - was way too preoccupied with the B-Day celebration.

Were you at church today? I didn't see you.

Neither R nor I went to church.

"E" - Middle school - was teaching on the "sex" subject again and in a mixed forum... something i belive is totally inappropriate for her age group. I talked with him at length and he just wouldn't give in any direction.... pretty much a "thanks for talking with me, but we r goin to do what we want anyway" I told him that i disagreed and i also said that i believed that IF he had children that age, he would present this subject in a way different forum.

anyway.... we didn't go to church today and won't be there next sunday either. I'll check out the podcast i guess.

Sorry i missed you :-(
